But that is not the only thing that sets us apart.Tracing its roots to 1839, Mount Allison University is a primarily undergraduate liberal arts and sciences university. Mount Allison's beautiful and historically rich campus is nestled on the Tantramar marshes in the heart of Sackville, New Brunswick, Canada. The University's organizational structure includes both academic and administrative departments. Academic departments are grouped by Faculty and administrative departments by function. Mount Allison's governance structure includes an external Board as well as University Senate and a senior leadership team. The University is guided by a set of policies and procedures and reports publicly on its finances, investments, and other items. Research and creative activities are a cornerstone of the Mount Allison experience — both for faculty and students.
