Founded by Award Winning Chefs in 2009, Australian Skills Management Institute (ASMI) has expanded to include qualifications outside of the Hospitality sector, and has now evolved into a registered training organisation with world-wide exposure. ASMI delivers a broad range of qualifications, from Certificate I through to Graduate Diploma.Qualifications currently on offer include Commercial Cookery, Hospitality, Business, Early Childhood Education and Care, Leadership and Management, Human Resources, First Aid and others (please see our courses page).
