Through close student/faculty engagement and hands-on experience with cutting edge instrumentation, a student majoring in Chemistry will be prepared for employment in a variety of scientific fields. Chemistry majors may also emerge ready to enroll in graduate or professional schools. Our Chemistry curriculum adheres closely to the guidelines suggested by the American Chemical Society. Whether we realize it or not, chemistry is a huge part of everyday life.
