Whittier's professors are passionate and knowledgeable about the subject. They not only teach the material, but also the valuable application of these concepts to a real-world setting. Students can apply what they learn in the classroom in a real-world setting: teaching a balanced exercise program for older adults to reduce their risk of falls. All of these opportunities to grow as a leader and apply the materials in the classroom to real-world situations help build students' confidence in becoming successful future physical educators.
