Bachelor of Psychology (Honours)

Our Bachelor of Psychology (Hons) programme is designed to produce professionally focused and psychologically oriented psychologists who are prepared to address the intellectual, emotional, social, and psychological needs of individuals. Graduates of this programme are prepared to coordinate the resources of the workplace and the community in order to meet the needs of clients. It also helps them to acquire the knowledge, skills, abilities, and behaviours needed of psychologists. At UNITAR, students will be trained in FOUR aspects: theoretical, research, industry-based project, and internship training. The programme is supported by experienced academicians with comprehensive industry knowledge, and features an embedded ‘Industry-based project’ and ‘classroom-industry’ learning concept. It also includes a 6-month internship component that helps to bridge the gap between graduates and the industry in the real world.
