Columbus State’s undergraduate program in kinesiology is preparing the next generation of fitness leaders ― creative and driven professionals who can address the needs of athletes, workers, and our aging population. Rooted in science, the program’s curriculum covers biomechanics, motor learning, nutrition and performance, strength and conditioning, and much more. At CSU, you’ll learn in the classroom and through a variety of field experiences designed to put theory into practice and build hands-on skill.
