Do you enjoy working with computers and technology but don’t want to become a computer programmer? Do you want career that pairs technology skills with people skills in a business environment? Are you good at structured, logical reasoning and yet creative in your problem solving skills? If so, the Management Information Systems (MIS) major may be a great fit for you. The MIS major prepares students to generate IT-enabled solutions to business problems. Students learn to integrate IT and management strategy to help organizations make data-driven decisions and capture opportunities.
