Hands-on learning in a shop environment, classroom theory, Manitoba Institute of Trades and Technology Work Skills Series workshops. The opportunity to complete a 16-week work practicum combine to equip Auto Mechanics students with career-ready fundamentals in automotive repair, basic diagnostics, and troubleshooting in just nine months. Graduates who meet specific criteria can earn credit toward Apprenticeship Manitoba Level 1. This program is for individuals with a passion for hands-on work, an interest in technology and problem solving, and a desire to share their knowledge and advice in conversations with customers.
