Business Intelligence and Analytics refers to the procedural and technical ways of collecting storing and analyzing the data produced by a company’s activities. It encompasses data mining, process analysis, performance evaluation and benchmarking and measuring the trends for making better decisions. Students will learn how to use analytics techniques for business intelligence purposes, while developing the critical thinking skills required to gain insights from arrange of data sources.
