The Certificate IV in Ageing Support introduces more advanced concepts associated with the provision of quality aged care services and is often used to prepare future supervisors and senior care workers. This qualification can be completed as a stand-alone qualification or in combination with the Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing). If completed as a stand-alone qualification it would be expected that prospective students already hold a CHC33015 Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing), or equivalent.
