Upon completion of the Associate of Applied Science (AAS) in Hospitality Management, students will be prepared for an entry-level position in the broad and expanding hospitality industry, as well as prepared to pursue the Bachelor of Applied Science (BAS) in Hospitality Management. The field of hospitality management combines the technical skills and business proficiency necessary for success in this challenging industry. Business courses to be taken include courses in marketing, promotion, management, accounting, finance, small business management and entrepreneurship.
