Bachelor of Arts (Hons) Business and Human Resource Management

The Bachelor of Arts in Business and Human Resource Management develops students' knowledge of the crucial factors within the business sector and the skills they will need to recruit, manage, and develop the most talented staff to compete in an ever-changing business environment. The course will also develop graduates' people management focus should they decide to progress their career in Human Resource Management (HRM) and extend their studies further to gain full Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD) accreditation. Students will have opportunities to work on live business projects with real-world clients, as they apply knowledge to produce creative solutions and develop their confidence, business knowledge, critical thinking, and Human Resource knowledge to prepare them for future career.
