This two-year program prepares you for a career in construction. You'll learn essential skills through hands-on experiences and expert guidance, including a work placement in Year Two. You can also join the New Zealand Institute of Building to expand your professional network.Designed for those aiming to become assistant construction managers, this program provides theoretical knowledge and practical skills for all stages of construction management. With mentorship from experienced professionals, you'll develop the abilities needed for successful project management.After graduation, you'll qualify for a two-year post-study work visa, and our programs are on the government's Green List for occupational skills shortages(as of May 2024). Plus, there's a pathway option to pursue a NZ bachelor's degree in construction management through Massey University. (165 credit points accredited to the Massey degree).
