Bachelor of Management (Management in Sports and Recreation)

Management is a field of study, graduates of which are equipped with the knowledge of theoretical and practical aspects of the functioning of modern enterprises, economic and administrative institutions, national and international. It is a direction for creative and open-minded people who want to achieve success in running their own business or in managerial positions in private enterprises or state administration.  Graduates of the specialization Management in sports and recreation are able to formulate and solve complex and unusual problems of a practical nature in the field of management of entities conducting business, especially sports organizations, and in particular can perform tasks such as: describe, analyze and predict the course of phenomena and processes occurring in socio-economic organizations, especially in sports organizations and their environment; apply theoretical knowledge to solve practical management problems and make accurate decisions in various organizations in the sports sector; develop a plan for a sports event and analyze the conditions affecting their organization and course; conduct marketing activities in sports and apply public relations tools in the management of sports organizations, shape relations with diverse stakeholders of sports organizations.
