The computer-aided drafting (CAD) Technical Certificate of Credit program prepares students for the workplace as (CAD) Drafters and Designers. Working architects, engineers, drafters, and designers can also upgrade their (CAD) skills. When the program is completed, participants have developed skills using AutoCAD and specialty software packages like electronics, mechanical design, architectural design, civil design, or graphic programming. Embedded Certificates are designed to open career pathways for students. They are awarded as part of and/or as a step toward a related Associate of Applied Science degree. The curriculum, content and requirements are contained within the greater requirements of an A.A.S. degree program.
