The Construction Engineering Technology program will develop the technical knowledge and skills required to oversee and manage the construction of residential, industrial, commercial and institutional projects - from the conceptual planning phase through to project completion and contract closeout. Students within the advanced diploma will learn how to estimate labour, material and costs, write and understand contacts, establish a project’s budget, develop a site logistic plan, schedule and manage construction projects, and perform on-site field engineering, field inspections, and utilize the latest onsite technology. You'll also learn the soft skills required to be an effective, respected leader - both in the office and on-site.
