Carpentry and Renovation Techniques graduates have the practical skills needed to play a key role in the rapidly growing construction industry.. The program covers fundamental carpentry skills, including blueprint reading, framing, finishing, joinery, tool handling, and construction safety practices. Students also learn about building codes, sustainable construction methods, and project planning while gaining practical experience through workshops and simulated job-site environments. Graduates are prepared for entry-level roles such as carpenter’s apprentice, renovation assistant, or construction labourer, and may continue into advanced studies or apprenticeships leading to skilled trades qualifications.
