As a Culinary Management graduate, you are skilled in the art of food preparation and presentation and apply advanced food theories and kitchen management techniques to ensure a safe and healthy kitchen environment.Through the co-op placement, students gain hands-on industry experience in real-world kitchen and hospitality environments, enhancing employability and professional competence. Graduates are prepared for roles such as sous chef, kitchen supervisor, culinary operations manager, or restaurant manager in hotels, restaurants, catering companies, and other food service businesses.
