Students gain hands-on experience through clinical placements or simulated environments, developing empathy, professionalism, and teamwork skills. Graduates are prepared for entry-level roles as personal support workers, care aides, or healthcare assistants in hospitals, long-term care facilities, home care services, and community health organizations, and may choose to advance into further healthcare or nursing programs.
