The BSB40320 Certificate IV in Entrepreneurship and New Business qualification reflects the role of individuals establishing or operating a business providing self-employment, as well as those establishing a new venture as part of a larger organisation. The BSB50420 Diploma of Leadership and Management reflects the role of individuals who apply knowledge, practical skills and experience in leadership and management across a range of enterprise and industry contexts. They may plan, design, apply and evaluate solutions to unpredictable problems, and identity, analyse and synthesise information from a variety of sources.
