The Construction Management program helps students become professionals in the construction industry, directing commercial and residential construction projects by providing leadership for engineers and architects and providing oversight to project timelines and budgets. This requires that construction managers possess a working knowledge of construction, the skills to make prudent business decisions and sound knowledge of architectural and engineering concepts—all areas covered in Southern Utah University construction management program.
