The Elmira College Finance degree program combines a rigorous business curriculum and comprehensive finance coursework. At Elmira, you’ll have the opportunity to build hands-on experience without ever leaving campus. As you work toward your bachelor’s in Finance, you’ll have access to the Malesardi Finance Trading Room, which will allow you to work with real information in real time and start planning your career. We also offer state-of-the-art finance software, including live trading simulations, access to Morningstar Research Center, and a running ticker that scans and posts the latest market information. Additionally, Bloomberg Certification will be incorporated into your coursework. You’ll have the option to take courses that qualify you for the Certified Financial Planners exam as part of your undergraduate studies. Elmira is one of only 31 schools in the Northeast with a CFP® Board–recognized undergraduate program that fulfills the education requirement to sit for the exam.
