The Human Services degree program will prepare you to meet the challenges of today's diverse society that produce human services needs such as addiction, an increasing elderly population, poverty, abuse, and behavioral health problems. You'll develop a broad, ethical, and empathetic understanding of the issues that face today's population and communities in terms of human services needs. The core courses of the Human Services degree program examine key areas of social and human concern, such as mental health services, social casework, social policies, and program planning and evaluation.
