Launching in Fall 2025, the Master of Global Business and Economy (MGBE) is a 24-month course-based graduate program designed to equip students with the critical thinking, communication, and analytical skills needed to navigate today’s complex global business and economic landscape. Combining real-world data analysis with practical coursework, the MGBE prepares graduates for dynamic careers in international business, policy-making, and economic analysis. Our students are part of a unique and innovative program. Algoma University is the first Canadian university to offer a Master of Global Business and Economy, providing a distinctive blend of business and economic studies with a strong emphasis on real-world application rather than abstract theories.
