Australian Skills Management Institute (ASMI)
This is a multi-level course in English as a second language for learners from elementary to intermediate proficiency. The course is designed to improve the four skills of listening, speaking, reading, and writing, as well as improving pronunciation and building vocabulary. Students start speaking right from the first lesson, boosting their confidence and demonstrating their learning, empowering students to achieve their English language learning goals. Students ideally will develop the ability to communicate in English according to the situation, purpose, and roles of the participants, whether at work or daily life. After successful completion of this qualification, students may have the opportunity to progress into other nationally recognised courses with ASMI. The course delivers thorough preparation for the Listening and Speaking modules and the Academic Reading and Writing modules of the IELTS test. It provides essential information, advice, and practice for each of the IELTS modules and tasks.
