The Master of Information Technology is a tightly integrated specialist degree with both a theoretical and practical focus that prepares graduates for careers in information technology. There is an emphasis on career-focused learning and developing technological understanding and skills that are in high demand worldwide. Entrants with a bachelor’s degree in information technology (or equivalent) may be eligible for up to four subjects of academic credit (RPL). The Course Learning Outcomes (CLOs) develop the GBC Graduate Attributes and ensure graduates meet the requirements of IT professionals as expressed through the Seoul Accord, the ACS Core Body of Knowledge for IT Professionals, and the Skills Framework for the Information Age (SFIA).
