This qualification reflects the role of individuals who perform a broad range of tasks on a variety of light vehicles in the automotive retail, service and repair industry. Students who participate in this course will need the physical capability to lift and carry heavy objects and have unrestricted use of both arms and hands. This course is scheduled to be delivered over 52 weeks (including 6 Weeks Holidays) of full time study – 20 hours per week face to face. Students need to gain competency in 36 units (20 core units and 16 elective units) to successfully complete this course.
