This qualification reflects the role of highly skilled senior operators who use a broad range of hospitality skills combined with managerial skills and sound knowledge of industry to coordinate hospitality operations. They operate independently, have responsibility for others and make a range of operational business decisions. Total duration for this qualification is 64 weeks (including 6 weeks of holidays). of full time study. Students study 20 hours per week face to face. Students need to gain competency in 28 units (11 core units and 17 elective units) to complete this course.
