The BSB80120 – Graduate Diploma of Management (Learning) equips graduates with specialised knowledge and skills in the field of organisational learning and capability development. Throughout the course, students integrate various sources of data with their own professional experience to generate and evaluate complex ideas.  They also initiate, design and execute major learning and development functions within an organisation. As managers, students in the course are accountable for the productivity and performance of staff they are responsible for. This qualification may apply to leaders and managers in organisations where learning is used to build organizational capability.
