The Certificate III in Solid Plastering provides students with the knowledge and skills to become a qualified plasterer. The course covers the application of plaster, render, and decorative finishes to a range of surfaces, both internal and external. Students will learn to use modern tools and materials as well as traditional methods, ensuring versatility across a wide range of projects. This qualification is suitable for an Australian apprenticeship pathway. Completion of the general construction induction training program, specified in the Safe Work Australia model Code of Practice: Construction Work, is required by anyone carrying out construction work. Achievement of CPCWHS1001 Prepare to work safely in the construction industry meets this requirement.
