Graduate Certificate in Business Management (GradCertBus)

The GradCertBus is designed to equip graduates with broad management skills and is intended for entry-level managers and those seeking appointment to those roles. The disciplines include business ethics, accounting, leadership, and information management. All studies are focused on projects in the selected industry contexts to re-enforce the practical nature of the course. The main purpose of the course is to build students skills, knowledge and the application of those skills as career enhancement attributes. Sustainability and ethical behaviours are foundational underpinnings for managerial decisions and actions. Completion of this course allows students to progress to the Master of Business Administration course. Possible careers for graduates include early managerial roles in: General management; Sales and promotions; Information Systems management; Human Resource Management; Business skills training; and Project Management.
