The Community Health and Education program prepares students for healthcare and advocacy careers in a variety of settings, including hospitals, clinics, colleges and non-profits. Learn to evaluate local healthcare needs, assess the factors that impact healthcare delivery and design programs to improve community health. Students will complete 180 credits of coursework (including credits already applied towards a relevant associate degree), earning a Bachelor of Applied Science in Allied Health. Completing this program prepares graduates for quick entry into a high-demand and rewarding career field, or to pursue graduate healthcare and education degrees.
