Through the Hospitality and Tourism Management program, you will develop the fundamental management and customer service skills you need to start an exciting career in the hospitality and tourism industry.In this program, you will build practical planning, preparation and management skills through classroom-based coursework and lab-based applied-learning experiences. You’ll also gain experience serving real guests alongside students and celebrated chefs at Jane’s, RRC Polytech’s fine-dining restaurant. As part of your RRC Polytech education, you’ll build practical experience, meet potential employers and expand your professional network through a co-op work experience with a local business partner. As a Hospitality and Tourism Management student, you can choose to complete a one-year certificate or enhance your employment potential and explore advanced opportunities through a two-year diploma.
