The 12-week Postgraduate Certificate in Management examines five fundamentals of Business Management, including:
-Global Human Resource Management: Examine human resources from both the theoretical and practical viewpoint.
-Global Marketing Management: The best products, ideas and people can come from anywhere in the world. Gain unique strategies and develop a global approach to marketing.
-Multinational Financial Management: Concentrate on issues particular to conducting business globally. Learn techniques and theories, apply them to case studies, and develop them further through seminar sessions.
-Managing Change and Technology: Develop new skills and gain an in-depth understanding of how to adapt and manage change effectively given the rapid evolution of work environments. Address change on an individual, organizational and technological level.
-Strategic Management: Participants engage in discussions and role-playing.
