Build on students interest or education in biotechnology/bioengineering and prepare themselves for upward mobility. Establish a foundation of leadership skills as they apply to the industry. Choose 12 units of specified course electives and understand the spectrum of new bioengineering topics. Demonstrate their potential in either an internship or a portfolio-building workshop and find themselves confident and ready to enter the American workforce. In this program, students will learn:
- -Fundamental and contemporary management and leadership skills
- -New and developing bioengineering or biotechnology topics in electives based on students interest
- -How an American business applies management skills in an internship or how students can apply their skills to a business using a digital portfolio
