To be a chief executive of any organization is a complex challenge, let it be a small enterprise, or a large one, or an organization in the public sector. Managing any of them requires an expert in analyzing, planning, coordinating, solving conflicts and problems, and sustaining workflow. We present this approach to our students, so they can cope with all areas of business management, and turn into true leaders of enterprises, all on a professional level.  The first year of the program focuses on laying the foundations necessary for this program and degree. During the second year, you will be able to acquire in-depth knowledge and skills related to the specialization. The aim of the Management Consulting specialization is to educate those, who will be able to cope with the challenges of various areas of management consulting and the management of an organisation in the private or the public sector, at the highest professional level. The acquired knowledge gives the ability to analyze, plan, manage, advise and assist the operation of organizations. The knowledge of graduates could be an adequate basis for further, doctoral studies.
