Australian Institute of Higher Education (AIH)
AIH’s Master of Project Management is designed to meet the increasing demand for professionals with project management skills across industries. Aligned with the best project management principles and standards, it equips graduates with knowledge and methodologies for managing complex projects. Students develop leadership skills, grasp team dynamics, and learn project lifecycle processes, including cost control, quality management, and stakeholder engagement. The course integrates business and leadership units to reflect AIH’s Graduate Attributes, while specialised project management units deepen knowledge in tools, contracts, finance, and complexity management. Research activities and project-based units provide practical experience and the chance to apply project management strategies in simulated workplaces. The program also offers nested entry and exit qualifications in the Graduate Diploma of Project Management and Graduate Certificate of Project Management.
