Entirely new material is introduced to walk you through the end-to-end process of managing a café, restaurant, hotel, or any business with guests and patrons; from managing a franchise, budgeting, stock control, and utilisation of physical assets, through to how to gain, train and maintain the right team and leverage technology for compliance and profit. Upon successful completion of the 33 units of competency in this course, students will be issued the SIT60322 Advanced Diploma of Hospitality Management qualification.
