SIT30122 Certificate III in Tourism contains 15 units (4 core and 11 electives) and will be delivered at the training premises of AOI Institute. Learners must complete all the units to obtain this qualification. This qualification provides a pathway to work in many tourism industry sectors and for a diversity of employers including tour operators, inbound tour operators, visitor information centers, attractions, cultural and heritage sites, and any small tourism business. The training program is conducted in a class environment. Some units are featured by online tutorials. Exercises are provided at the end of each training session for learners to practice the skills learned. Real life scenarios are given to learners to work through the real situations.
