The BSB42520 – Certificate IV in Leadership and Management (103998C), is designed for individuals aspiring to become emerging leaders and managers in various enterprise and industry settings. This qualification equips learners with the skills to take responsibility for their own performance and provide guidance and support to others. Students will develop the ability to analyze and evaluate information from diverse sources, as well as solve both expected and unexpected problems. Additionally, they will acquire competencies in organizing and monitoring team outputs. The course duration is 52 weeks, which includes 36 weeks of study and 16 weeks of holidays. Students are required to attend a minimum of 20 scheduled course contact hours per week.
