Diploma of Leadership and Management

The BSB50420 – Diploma of Leadership and Management (104360M) is a qualification that prepares individuals to effectively apply their knowledge, practical skills, and experience in leadership and management within various enterprise and industry contexts. At this level, individuals demonstrate initiative and judgement in planning, organizing, implementing, and monitoring their own workload as well as the workload of others. They utilize communication skills to support individuals and teams in meeting organizational or enterprise requirements. Moreover, they are capable of planning, designing, applying, and evaluating solutions to unpredictable problems, while also analyzing and synthesizing information from diverse sources. The course duration is 53 weeks, consisting of 43 weeks of study and 10 weeks of holidays. Students must attend a minimum of 20 scheduled course contact hours per week.
