This program prepares graduates for management and executive level leadership positions in today’s fast paced global business environment. The program exposes students to the complex and current issues in leadership as well as the social dynamics of organisations, problem solving, strategic planning and business development. Students will gain advanced knowledge in the field of leadership and business development, including team building and decision-making, and applied skills in developing and implementing strategies that drive growth and navigate complex organisational issues. This program aims to prepare students with the ability to develop a holistic and strategic approach to problem-solving and decision-making within an organisation.
