CPC30220 - Certificate III in Carpentry

This course will be delivered in blended mode (face-to-face and supervised online learning) and face-to-face training at a carpentry workshop. Assessments are conducted using a variety of methods for theory and practical. You will receive details of assessment tasks to be completed at the beginning of delivery of each unit on ASIA Moodle. Class sessions are planned to ensure that students have a mixture of practical and theoretical components, and those classes cater for a wide variety of learning styles. Additionally, workshop practices are used to conduct skills-based assessments in accordance with unit requirements. The training will utilize a blended approach, comprising 15 hours of face-to-face instruction and 5 hours of supervised online study per week. All international students are required to attend a minimum of 20 scheduled contact hours of study per week. They will generally be expected to attend the institute two to three days a week for around 5 to 8 hours a day along with a 5-hour online session.
