Bachelor of Business - Human Services Management

The Bachelor of Business course with Human Services Management major is designed to provide graduates with a comprehensive and broad theoretical base of knowledge of human service practice principles and skills preparing them to manage human service delivery to diverse clientele across a variety of welfare settings in private, government and non-government organisations.
Due to the diversity of roles and settings in the human services area, the SCI Bachelor of Business course with Human Services Management major will prepare graduates for a range of career opportunities. Graduates will be flexible in the translation and application of knowledge and skills to diverse settings. This major will draw on a wide range of perspectives and approaches to provide students with a solid foundation to work in co-ordination, management and leadership roles in community development, human service delivery and welfare organisations within Australia and globally such as age care, disability, childcare, local and global welfare organisations, government departments, charities and other non- government agencies.
