Vancouver Community College (VCC)
A Diploma of Clean Energy Technology teaches skills related to designing, installing, operating, and maintaining renewable energy systems (solar, wind, hydro, etc.), energy storage, power systems, and energy efficiency solutions. It combines theory (physics, electrical fundamentals, environmental science, regulation) with hands‑on technical training (installations, system testing, maintenance). Students often learn about safety standards, regulation, grid connections, sustainability principles, and sometimes software/tools used in monitoring and modeling energy systems.
