NZ Certificate Travel Level 4 prepares students for success in the Travel industry, empowering them to excel in Travel Agencies. Graduates will have the skills and expertise to start in the Travel Industry and immediately contribute to their chosen organisation. You will learn the fundamentals of Amadeus, one of the most widely used reservations systems in the travel. The course covers selling and marketing skills, customer service, world geography, cruising & airline terminology. You will also visit tourist facilities such as Auckland International Airport, Maritime Museum, and cruise ship facilities.
