Human Resources Management aims to apply the administrative procedures of selection management, training and performance evaluation to introduce continuous improvement processes in the training of human resources using them most appropriate methods and systems. At the end of the course, the student will be able to: Know the role of the Human Resources Department within an Organization, and the different positions of which it is composed. Learn how to fill in Job Analysis and Description forms in order to detect the selection and/or training needs of an organization.
