On completion of this course you will be competent in a range of general IT skills including support services, networking, programming and critical and creative thinking skills. During your studies, there will be a general focus on skills such as hardware installation and maintenance, supporting PC operating systems, network operating system installations and management, Microsoft Office applications and documentation and information and communication technology (ICT) helpdesk skills.
On completion of this course, you can continue your study with the ICT40120 Certificate IV in Information Technology (Programming) or the ICT40120 Certificate IV in Information Technology (Networking).
