A Master of International Hotel Management helps students develop a high-level understanding of hotel operations in a global context. They will develop leadership qualities and attributes, and gain key knowledge on cultural awareness, business communications, professional use of social media and grooming standards. This postgraduate course is designed for professionals looking to progress their careers in hospitality and hotel management. This course will cover core business concepts, such as management, marketing, revenue, research, critical analysis and leadership, through the specific lens of hotel management and the broader hospitality sector. During the second year, students will undertake an external placement in a hotel organization where they will apply their studies to a workplace environment. As part of this course, students will also earn the Wine and Spirit Education Trust (WSET) Level 1 Award in Wines and the Certification in Hotel Industry Analytics (CHIA).
