Information technology is a dynamic industry, with growing demand for key technical skills becoming more prevalent across a variety of sectors. Students can seize their opportunities for career progression in IT with a qualification from Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT). In the Diploma of Information Technology students will be guided by experienced teachers with extensive IT industry experience to develop a project portfolio designed to help launch a career in IT. As part of their study, students will learn how to:
- -create a web-based solution for a client
- -develop mobile applications
- -apply project management skills to an IT project.
